Citigroup Global Services

Our office is situated at 1622 Kolhapur Road in Delhi. We are Citigroup Global Services, and we’ve been at this address for quite a while now. This isn’t one of those flashy modern towers you see in the new parts of the city. It’s a solid, older building on a busy street. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for financial services here. It’s mostly processing paperwork, checking numbers, and making sure all the records are where they should be. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work that keeps things moving. The office itself is full of desks and computers, and the atmosphere is generally just people getting on with their tasks. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that from this location. We just focus on the operations side. Kolhapur Road is a lively place, and being here in the 110007 zip code feels like we’re part of the real Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a service center that handles global tasks from a local street. The air conditioning works most of the time, and we keep the files organized. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no corporate fluff in our day-to-day. We just process what needs to be processed and go home when we’re done. It’s a simple, honest way of working in a busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and work.
