Cigma Events operates out of J-3/12B in the Khirki Extension area of Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Khirki, you know the lanes can be a bit of a maze and parking is nearly impossible. Our office is right in the heart of that busy neighborhood. We’ve been here for several years now, and the place is constantly full of boxes, event supplies, and various bits of equipment. It’s a bit messy because event planning is inherently a bit of a scramble. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking lists to make sure nothing gets missed. The office itself is quite simple with a few desks and a small meeting area that usually has a stack of files on it. We don't have any fancy decor or corporate branding on the walls. It’s a lived-in space that reflects the busy nature of what we do. Malviya Nagar is a great place to be because everything we need is close by, even if the traffic is a headache. We often have tea from the stall at the corner while we talk through the day's plans. It is a very hands-on environment and we don't worry much about appearances as long as our projects are moving forward. It’s an honest, hard-working office where the atmosphere is always a bit frantic but we manage to stay on top of things.
