Chitkara Telepoint

I’m located right near the Najafgarh Jharoda Bus Stand, specifically at 1655 5. Because of the buses, there is always a layer of exhaust and dust on everything. I spend a lot of time with a rag in my hand, wiping down the phone displays. It’s a very loud spot to work in, but you get used to the shouting of the conductors after a while. Most of my customers are travelers who realized their charger broke or they need a quick top-up for their data. I keep a lot of different cables in stock because you never know what kind of phone someone will bring in. The shop is narrow, and the ceiling is a bit low, so it can feel a little tight when it’s full. I usually have a thermos of tea that lasts me through the afternoon. I don't really have a set schedule, but I’m usually there before the first big rush of commuters. Sometimes I help people put in their new SIM cards when their fingers are too shaky or they don't have a tool to open the slot. It’s a lot of small tasks that fill up the hours. By the time I leave, my ears are usually ringing from all the traffic noise. It’s a hectic place, but it stays interesting because of the different people passing through.
