The shop isn't very wide, so we have to be organized with how we store all the spare parts. We spend most of our hours under a bright desk lamp looking at circuit boards. It’s tedious work but someone has to do it. We get a lot of people coming in with water damage or phones that won't turn on after a drop. We don't promise miracles, but we give it a fair shot. The noise from Vikas Marg is constant, so we usually have a small radio playing in the background to keep things relaxed. We’ve seen all sorts of phones come through here, from the old button ones to the newest touchscreens. Everything changes so fast in this business, but the basic problems stay the same. People just want their devices to work again. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re talking directly to the person who’s going to be working on your phone. It makes things easier and less confusing. We’ve been at this location long enough that we don't need a big sign for people to find us. It’s just a honest day's work for us here in Shakarpur.
