Chandu Communication

You can find Chandu Communication right at Jalebi Chowk D-10 in the Madanpur Khadar J J Colony. It’s a lively place to be, honestly. There is always someone shouting or a bike zooming past. We spend most of our time behind the counter dealing with phones and recharges. People come in because their screens are cracked or they can't get their internet to work. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are in a huge rush and others want to stay and chat while we look at their devices. The shop is small, so it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We have drawers full of old cables and screen guards. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. Being at Jalebi Chowk means we see all the local goings-on. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here. We just help people stay connected with their families. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing ten times, but that is just part of the job. The heat in the summer can be tough since the shop is small, but we manage with a fan. We have been in this spot for a while and the locals know us by name now. It’s not a polished business with uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and get the work done as it comes.
