Our place, Chadha Communication, is located in Kalkaji at H2 B. It’s a nice area, a bit more settled than some other parts of Delhi. I’ve lived in Kalkaji for years, so setting up the shop here made sense. It’s a family-run thing, mostly. My son helps out in the evenings after he finishes his classes at the college. We sell SIM cards, do bill payments, and handle minor repairs. I’m not the fastest at fixing things, but I try to be thorough so people don’t have to come back twice for the same problem. The shop has a big window, but I’ve cluttered it up with too many posters and stickers over time. I should probably take some down to let more light in. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened the doors. It’s nice to see the same faces every week. We don't do any big promotions or fancy sales. We just charge what’s fair and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. Sometimes we run out of small change, which is annoying, but there’s a grocery store nearby where I can usually swap some notes. It’s a simple setup. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent place for people to get their phone stuff sorted out without a lot of hassle.
