Cellphone Communication

Cellphone Communication is tucked away at K-106 in the Tara Apartment complex in Kalkaji. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice compared to the busy main roads. We mostly do phone repairs and sell some basic accessories like chargers and covers. The shop is small, and the back area is where all the repair work happens. It’s usually a bit of a mess with disassembled phones and tiny tools scattered around. We don't have a big storefront or neon signs. Most of our customers are people who live in the Tara Apartments or nearby in Kalkaji. They know they can just drop off their phone and we’ll take a look at it. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s just a couple of us working here, so we get to know our regulars pretty well. We don't have a fancy system for tracking things; we mostly just remember who owns which phone. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get a specific part, and we just tell people honestly how long it’ll be. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything. We just like fixing things and helping people out with their tech problems. It’s a small, honest business in a nice part of the city, and that suits us just fine.
