Capital Tent & Caterers

We are Capital Tent & Caterers, and you can find us at C-8/257 in Yamuna Vihar. Our business is a mix of two things: setting up places for people to sit and making sure they have something to eat. It is a busy life. One day we are counting plates and spoons, and the next we are hauling heavy tent covers onto a truck. Our space in Yamuna Vihar is often filled with the smell of spices because we do a lot of the food prep and planning right here. It’s not a fancy office; it’s more like a working warehouse where everything stays ready to go. We have a small team, and everyone knows what to do. Sometimes the stove doesn't light right away or a truck gets stuck in traffic, but we always manage to get the food to the party. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide the chairs, the shade, and the meals for whatever event a neighbor is hosting. It is physical work, and it keeps us on our feet for long hours. People in C-8 know us because we’ve been around for many birthdays and small gatherings. We don't really do anything flashy, just the basic service of helping people host their guests without too much trouble. It's what we know how to do and we keep at it every day because the community keeps us going.
