Krishna Nagar is where we call home, specifically over at South Anarkali Extension 28. Brijwasi Tent & Caterers has been part of many weddings and parties around here. If you come by our place, you’ll probably see piles of folded fabric and stacks of large cooking pots. It’s not a fancy office; it’s more of a staging ground for all the events we handle. Our hands are usually busy moving bamboo poles or sorting through linens. When wedding season hits, it gets absolutely crazy and we barely get any sleep. We are out there in the heat setting up tents and making sure the stoves are ready for the cooks. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks to get business. People see our work at their neighbor's daughter's wedding and then they give us a call. We know the streets of South Anarkali like the back of our hand. Sometimes things go wrong, like a sudden rainstorm or a delivery being late, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That's the nature of the business. We focus on the food and the setup, making sure there is enough space for everyone to sit and eat. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours on our feet, but we’ve been doing it so long that we don't know any other way. It is a messy job but seeing a party come together in the end is worth the effort.
