Bridght Telecom is tucked away in Mini Khan Mkt at number 5. Khan Market is a well-known place, but our little corner in the mini market is a bit more relaxed. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. Our daily work is pretty simple; we help people with their phones and anything related to telecom services. Whether it’s a new connection or fixing a speaker that went quiet, we handle it right here at shop number 5. The space is small, so we have to stay organized, though sometimes the cables get tangled up behind the desk. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find us by walking through the mini market or hearing about us from a neighbor. We like the personal feel of being a small shop. We get to know our customers and their families over time. It’s not just about the phones; it’s about being a part of the local community here. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. We just want to do our job well and keep the shop running smoothly. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-repair or talking to someone about their monthly bill. It is honest work and we are happy to be at Mini Khan Mkt 5. It’s a good spot for us and we plan to stay for a long time.
