You can find Bhawna Tele Point right on Najafgarh Thana Road, at 1626 D. Traffic is always passing by this spot throughout the day. Our start was small because we just saw a need for mobile work in this corner of the city. Inside, the shop isn't very large, but everything we need fits into the space. Most of the day is spent looking at small screens or fixing charging ports that decided to stop working. Folks from the Thana area or just off the main road drop in constantly. Horns and noise from outside can get pretty loud during the rush. Drowning out the sound is easy enough with the old radio we keep playing. Recharges and new connections take up the bulk of our time. On the shelves, you might find covers and tempered glass if the right size is in stock. We aren't trying to grow into something huge; we just want to stay open when people need help. Slow days happen occasionally, giving us time to talk with the regulars who stop by for a chat. Decorations aren't a priority, so the walls are mostly bare. Instead of a fancy system, we have a counter, some stools, and a mess of wires. Coming by for phone help is easy since someone is usually around. Lunch breaks don't really exist here because we don't want to miss a customer. Running things this way has worked for us for a long time. Next door is a tea stall, which is quite convenient.
