Our shop is at M-80/A in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a small place but we keep a lot of things inside. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to phones, recharges, and small electronics. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in with broken screens or connection issues. Lakshmi Nagar is a very busy area, so there is always noise and people passing by the front door. We have been here for a few years now. It’s not a big corporate store with uniforms and bright lights. It is just a counter and some shelves with boxes. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait it out like everyone else. We do some paperwork for new connections too. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the same time. I usually have tea with the shopkeeper next door when things are quiet in the afternoon. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. Most people just know we are here at M-80/A because they live nearby or work in the local offices. It is a simple way to make a living. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what cannot. That is basically how we run things every day. We just stay open until late and then go home to rest. It is a small space but it fits everything we need to do.
