Bharat Tele Shop

Bharat Tele Shop sits right on the Chirag Delhi Main Road. It’s a small shop but we stay busy because of where we are located. There’s always someone coming in needing a quick recharge or a new screen guard for their phone. The traffic outside is loud all day long, so we’ve gotten used to talking a bit louder so customers can hear us. I started this place a few years ago because I like fixing gadgets and talking to people. We have those glass counters filled with different types of chargers and headphones. It gets a bit crowded in here when three or four people enter at once. Sometimes the internet is slow when we are trying to process a payment, and we have to ask the customer to wait a second. That’s just how it goes. People from the nearby colonies stop by because they know they can get their phone fixed without waiting for days. We don’t do anything corporate or fancy. It’s just me and my brother most of the time. We handle the repairs right there behind the counter while people watch. It's a lot of tiny screws and delicate screens. We also sell used phones sometimes when someone wants to upgrade but doesn't want to spend too much. It keeps us on our toes. Chirag Delhi is a fast place, and we just try to keep up with the daily rush of people coming in for help.
