You can find us at 13/23 in Karol Bagh. Even though the name says Pvt Ltd, we are a small operation at heart. We mostly deal with mobile phones and the various gadgets that go along with them. Karol Bagh is the center of this kind of work in Delhi, so there is a lot of competition. We just focus on our own counter and the customers who walk in. Most of our day is spent checking stock or helping someone figure out why their new phone isn't working the way they expected. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It is more of a functional space where we get work done. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with open boxes and packing tape, especially when a new delivery arrives. We have a couple of technicians who stay in the back to handle the repairs that require a steady hand. I handle the front and talk to the suppliers. We’ve been at 13/23 for a while now, and we’ve seen the technology change from basic handsets to these complicated smartphones. It’s a lot to keep up with, but we do our best to learn as we go. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here a long time and people know where to find us.
