You can find us over at Acharya Niketan in Mayur Vihar Extension, right near the Bansal Sweets at C-46. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting snacks. The shop is small, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of glass counters inside. We spend most of our day looking at screens and handling small parts for phones. There’s usually a pile of chargers and cables sitting on the back table that we need to sort through. People come in mostly because their batteries aren't working or they cracked their screen again. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’re used to it by now. The lights inside are quite bright so we can see the tiny screws we work with. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the traffic outside and the music from the shops nearby. We don’t have a fancy website or anything; we just rely on people walking past and seeing our sign. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their phones, though they’re usually occupied. It’s a simple business. We get our stock delivered a couple of times a week, and then we have to find space to put it all. Most of the guys working here have been doing this since they were teenagers. It’s just what we know how to do. The door sticks a little when it rains.
