It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the work environment a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. We work on entertainment projects, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules and spreadsheets. It's not always easy work, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast. The Pitampura-34 area is a good home for us. We have a small team, and we’ve worked together for long enough that we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working at our stations. We don't use a lot of industry jargon. If there is a show to organize, we just get to it and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to stay late, but that's just part of the deal in this business. We like being in the IDPL complex; it feels safe and established for us.
