Bajaj Tent House

Bajaj Tent House is tucked away in Arjun Nagar, Green Park at 18-A. We have been handling the neighborhood functions for a long time now. If you walk past our place, you will probably see the guys loading long iron poles or heavy bundles of fabric onto the back of a small truck. It is hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the sun is beating down on the narrow street. We keep all our tents, chairs, and carpets in the back area, which is always a bit disorganized because something is always going out or coming back in. During the wedding season, we hardly get any sleep at all. We are up at four in the morning to set up stages and then we stay late to take everything down again. The carpets get stained with food, and we have to spend hours cleaning them before the next event starts. It is not just big weddings though; we do small birthdays and prayers too. Sometimes people come in stressed out about their party, and we just try to find enough matching chairs for them. The office is just a small room with a big desk and some old photos of setups we did years ago. It is dusty work and our clothes always end up looking a bit rough by the end of a shift. Green Park is a busy place, and we just fit into the rhythm of the market here, doing what needs to be done.
