Bajaj Telecom

We've been at A-24 in Uttam Nagar for quite some time now. People around here know us as Bajaj Telecom. It’s a small shop, mostly just me and a couple of helpers dealing with mobile phones and all that. If someone has a cracked screen or their battery is dying, they usually stop by. We have some accessories hanging on the walls, chargers and cables mostly. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. I try to keep things organized but sometimes the counter gets messy with tools and parts. It’s just how a repair shop looks. We handle recharges and new SIM cards too. Some folks come in just to ask how to use a certain app or why their phone is slow. We don’t have fancy displays or anything. It's just a regular place where you get your phone fixed or buy a budget handset. Being in Uttam Nagar, we see all kinds of customers. Some are in a hurry, others want to chat while we work. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but it keeps the heat away. We don’t do much advertising because people just find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. That’s how it works here. I’ve lived in this area my whole life so I know most of the faces that walk in. It’s a simple living. We open up early and stay until the market starts closing down for the night.
