We are over in the Kalkaji DDA Flats, specifically J-1/252. Since we are in a residential block, it feels a bit different than a big market. We know most of the people who walk past the shop every day. It’s a small place, just enough room for a couple of counters and some display shelves. We sell things like screen guards, charging cables, and those little phone stands. A lot of our day is spent just chatting with the neighbors who stop by to get their SIM cards sorted or to ask why their battery is dying so fast. We have a small stool outside where the older men sometimes sit and talk. The shop is quite bright because we have big glass windows at the front. We keep a stash of old newspapers to wrap things up if needed. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out and all the kids come running past. We don't have a marketing budget or any big posters. Just a small board with the shop name. Sometimes we bring lunch from home and eat it right there at the counter. If we need to step out for a minute, we just ask the guy at the grocery store next door to keep an eye on things. It’s a friendly neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while now.
