BA Telecom

At BA Telecom, we operate out of New Seelampur, specifically at E-303. This area is known for being very active and crowded, and our spot is right in the heart of it. We spend our days dealing with mobile phones, SIM cards, and various telecom services that the local residents need. The shop is a basic setup with a counter in the front and some storage in the back for all the stock. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to keep everything organized on the shelves. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like checking balances or explaining data plans to people who come in. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department, so we just rely on the people walking by in Seelampur to find us. The E-block gets quite busy in the afternoons, and there’s always someone stopping in to ask about a new phone or a repair. We have a small fan that struggles to keep the heat away during July, but we just get on with the job. The paperwork is kept in a few old folders on a shelf behind the register. We aren't trying to be anything more than a local telecom shop that serves the immediate neighborhood. Some days the supply of new cards is late and we have to tell people to come back later. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be working in this community every day, handling one customer at a time.
