Our shop is right near the Palam Circle in Palam Village, the address is 816 A. Being near the circle means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We handle all kinds of mobile stuff here. If someone has a broken charging port or needs a new battery, they usually stop by. It’s a busy spot so we stay on our toes. The shop floor is small and we have shelves stacked with chargers, cables, and earplugs. We’ve been here for a while and seen the area change. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are in a hurry and some like to sit and talk while we fix their screen. It gets dusty because of the road construction nearby. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news. Sometimes the stock of tempered glass runs out because everyone seems to drop their phones on the same day. We don't do anything fancy, just standard repairs and sales. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the small parts. The evenings are the busiest time when the market is full. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a regular life here in Palam. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away. We keep a stack of old magazines for people to look at while we swap out their phone batteries. It's not a fancy waiting room but it works.
