Ashriwad Telepoint

If you walk through Jahangirpuri, you might come across Ashriwad Telepoint. We have been based here in this part of the city for a while now. It’s not a very big operation, just a simple shop where people stop by when they are out running their errands. The streets around here are always full of life, with vendors shouting and kids playing nearby. Our place is tucked in among other small shops and it feels like a part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. We spend most of our time sitting behind the counter, waiting for the next person to walk in. Usually, they want to top up their balance or ask a question about their mobile signal. We don’t have fancy chairs or air conditioning that works all the time, but we have a fan that keeps the air moving. It’s a practical space. We keep our ledgers on the shelf and the chargers in the glass drawer. Some days are very slow and we just watch the traffic go by on the main road of Jahangirpuri. Other times, everyone comes in at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We just take it as it comes. It is a humble way to earn a living and we like being part of this local community where everyone knows everyone else’s business anyway. We are just here doing our thing day in and day out.
