Down in Raghubir Nagar at B 5888, our shop is usually a bit of a hub for people looking for new gadgets or trying to get an old one fixed. We’ve got a mix of electronics on the shelves, from cheap earphones to the latest smartphones. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always someone coming in to browse or ask for a price. We keep the place pretty packed with stock, so you have to be careful where you step. Behind the main counter, we have our tools laid out for when someone brings in a phone with a shattered screen. That happens more often than you’d think. We don’t use any fancy systems to keep track of things; it’s mostly just notebooks and memory. The shop isn't perfectly organized, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact cable someone is looking for, but we always find it eventually. We’ve built up a lot of regulars over the years who trust us to give them a fair deal. We don’t put on any acts or pretend to be more than a local mobile shop. It’s just us, working through the day, dealing with the heat, and making sure the customers are taken care of. Raghubir Nagar can be a noisy place, but we like the energy and the constant stream of people walking past our door.
