Ascent Communication

Ascent Communication is a small outfit located at Zaki Market 6 in Nizamuddin. It’s a very lively part of the city, and our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with communication equipment and services, but we do it in a very straightforward way. There’s no slick sales talk here. If you come in, you’ll likely see us surrounded by wires, headsets, or whatever else we’re working on at the moment. The shop is small, so we have to be organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. We started this because we knew a bit about how these systems work and figured we could help local people and businesses stay connected. It’s not a glamorous job. A lot of it involves troubleshooting problems that others can't figure out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. We don't have a fancy lobby or free coffee for visitors. If you want to talk to us, you just walk in and we have a chat. We’ve built a reputation for being honest about what can be fixed and what can’t. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. It’s just us, trying to make a living and providing a useful service to the neighborhood. It’s a simple business model that has kept us going for years without much fuss.
