You can find us at number 17 in Mashigarh, which is part of the Sukhdev Vihar area. We do communication work, which mostly means helping people with their mobile connections or fixing small electronic issues. The shop isn't very large, just enough room for a desk and some chairs for people to wait. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood compared to the main city, but we get plenty of walk-ins from the nearby houses. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, it's just neighbors telling neighbors about us. We’ve been here for several years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by candlelight or wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just me and a helper most days. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take. If we don't have a part, we have to go find it in the bigger markets, which takes a day or two. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don't bother with corporate talk or anything like that. We just fix what's broken and sell what people need for their phones. It’s a steady life and we like the people who live around here. They’re good folk who just want their stuff to work. We have a small shelf with some older model batteries that are hard to find elsewhere. We like to help people keep their old devices running as long as possible. My desk is always cluttered.
