Arun Telecommunication

Arun Telecommunication is based out of Vinod Nagar East, right at C/19. It is a residential area mostly, so we see a lot of the same people every week. We started this because we knew a bit about phones and connections, and it just grew from there. The shop is simple. We have a glass counter and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. In East Vinod Nagar, word travels fast, so we try to just stay honest with everyone. It is not always easy keeping up with all the new technology that comes out every single month. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It is just a regular neighborhood business. We do not do fancy branding. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us easily enough. We spend our days fixing things or helping people figure out their mobile plans. It is a lot of talking and a lot of small parts. We take pride in just being a reliable spot for the locals. Most of our day is spent handling small requests and chatting with neighbors who drop by. There is no big mystery to how we work. We open up in the morning, do our jobs, and head home when the shutters go down. We like the local vibe here.
