We are located at Shop No 2, 33E 1 in the Batla House area of Jamia Nagar. It’s a small place but we manage to handle quite a bit of work here. Most of what we do involves mobile repairs and selling small electronics that people need daily. The street gets very narrow and crowded around here, so it’s always lively. We have been here for a bit and know many of the shopkeepers nearby. People come in mostly for quick fixes like battery issues or software updates. We don’t have any fancy displays, just the basic stuff that works. The shelves are mostly filled with cables and protectors. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific part for an older phone, but we try our best to track it down. My day usually starts with cleaning the glass counters and checking what needs to be fixed from the day before. It’s a simple routine. We talk to a lot of students and residents from the neighborhood every day. It feels good when someone’s phone is working again and they can get back to their business. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Sometimes we have to hunt for parts in the bigger markets when we don't have them in stock. It can be a bit of a struggle with the heat and the crowds, but that is part of running a shop in this part of town.
