Arora Telecom Centre

The Govindpuri area is always packed with people moving around so our shop at number 351 stays pretty busy. Arora Telecom Centre is not a large place by any means. It is more of a long narrow room where we have all the stuff piled up on shelves. I usually get here around nine in the morning to beat the worst of the traffic. The main thing we do is help people with their mobile connections and recharges. People lose their balance at the most inconvenient times and they come running in here. We also have a few glass cases with some older phone models and some basic accessories. The paint on the walls is peeling a bit near the ceiling but it doesn't bother anyone. We use an old desk that has been here since we opened. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a truck and everything becomes a mess of noise. We just keep working through it. It is just a normal local business. We know most of the people on this block. We share tea with the shopkeeper next door when things are slow. There is no special way we do things here. We just take the money, give the change, and make sure the customer is happy with what they got. It is a simple way to spend the day in Govind Puri and it keeps us out of trouble.
