Arora Telecom Center

You can find us at number 158 in the Kidwai Nagar Mini Market. Arora Telecom Center has been a staple in this corner for years. It’s a quiet little market compared to some of the bigger ones in Delhi, which is nice. We handle everything related to mobiles. Whether it's a new SIM card or a screen that's gone black, we take a look at it. My uncle and I run the place. He’s been in the telecom business since the days of landlines, so he knows a lot. I handle the newer stuff, like the latest smartphones and apps. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into it. We have a small glass counter where we display some of the phones we have for sale. Most of our work comes from the people living right here in Kidwai Nagar. They trust us because we’ve been here so long. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our records; mostly just a handwritten ledger and some notes. It's how we've always done it. If you need something specific and we don't have it, we can usually get it from the main distributor by the next afternoon. It’s just a simple, local business trying to stay helpful. We don't have big ads, just the word of neighbors that we do alright. We like the slow pace of the mini market and being a part of this community.
