Arihant Telecom

You can find Arihant Telecom over at shop number 19 in the Lothi Colony Main Market, right off Lodhi Road. It is a small place but we keep it busy. This area is quite nice compared to the more industrial parts of the city, with a lot of people living nearby who stop in. We handle mobile phones, mostly repairs and selling small accessories like chargers or screen guards. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with tools and spare parts on the counter. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. People from the colony come in when their screens crack or when they can't get their internet to work. We don't use any fancy diagnostic machines, just our hands and some basic tools. Sometimes it takes a day to fix a phone, sometimes just ten minutes. The market outside is always full of people buying groceries or clothes, so there’s always something to look at while we work. We don’t really do any big marketing. Most people just see the sign while they are out for their daily shopping. It’s a quiet life here. We open up in the morning, have our coffee, and start working on whatever arrived the evening before. If you need a cable or your battery is dying, you just walk in and we see what we can do for you. It's not a complicated business. We've been here for years.
