We set up Aria Telecom Solutions over in Amritpuri, near New Friends Colony. It’s a bit of a mix of a residential area and small businesses. We handle a lot of different telecom stuff, mostly things people don’t really think about until their connection goes down. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. We’ve got a small team here. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or talking to people about their setups. It’s quiet enough around here compared to the main roads, which we like. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things break at once, but we just take it one call at a time. We started this because we knew a bit about phones and networking, and it just grew from there. It’s not like those big corporate offices in the high-rises. We know our neighbors and the guys at the tea stall nearby. We don’t use big words to explain things; we just try to fix what’s broken. Usually, there’s a lot of coffee involved and late evenings spent looking at screens. It’s steady work, and we’ve been lucky to stay in this spot for this long. We just show up, do the work, and head home. That’s the reality of running a small tech firm in this part of Delhi.
