Our setup is in Flat No. 19 on the third floor of the Rachit Marvel Apartment. It’s right on Gangapur Road in Nasik. Working out of an apartment building is a bit different than being in a big glass office tower, but we like it that way. It feels more like a home, and the atmosphere stays pretty relaxed. We use the main rooms for our desks and the kitchen is where we all end up taking our breaks. Nasik is a great place to be based, especially this part of town which has a good mix of everything. We have a lot of books and records around because we’re part of a bigger group that does quite a lot. Even though the name sounds very formal, our daily life here is pretty simple. We talk to the neighbors in the hallway and deal with the usual apartment building stuff, like when the water is being shut off for repairs. We spend our hours on emails and phone calls, mostly. The view from the third floor is okay, you can see the traffic moving along Gangapur Road. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you really have to know which flat to buzz. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run an office. We just focus on getting our tasks done and keeping things organized in our little corner of the Rachit Marvel building. It works for us and the small team we have here.
