Anwar Telepoint is located on Delhi Road in the Mangeram Market area of Bawana. It’s right on the main stretch, so we get a lot of dust from the trucks passing by all day. The shop is a simple one-room setup with a counter and a few glass cases. We’ve got a couple of posters on the walls that have been there since we opened, and they’re starting to fade a bit from the sun. It’s a loud spot because of the traffic, but you get used to the sound of horns and engines after a while. Most of our customers are locals from Bawana or people stopping their vehicles on the way somewhere else. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a corporate manual. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a few minutes while things load. Nobody seems to mind too much. We keep a small fan going behind the counter to move the air around, though it doesn't do much in June. We focus on getting the tasks done one by one. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We aren't looking to expand into some giant company; we just like being part of the local market here on the road. It’s a basic shop for basic needs, and we’re fine with that. We finish our work and lock up when the street gets quiet.
