Anupam Communication

Anupam Communication is situated right at Karala Main Chowk. Being at the chowk means we see everyone passing by, which makes the shop quite a lively place to be. We handle all the usual mobile shop tasks like recharges, new connections, and basic phone repairs. The traffic outside is always loud, so we usually have to speak up when talking to customers. The shop is filled with various charging cables hanging from the walls and rows of batteries in the cabinet. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the people who live in Karala walking in when they have a problem with their handset. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when the shop is quiet, just watching the cars go by. It’s a simple setup with a wooden desk and a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait. We’ve had the same sign for years and most people recognize it. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. If a phone just needs a good cleaning, we do that. It’s about being helpful to the neighbors. Working here is just a daily routine of opening up, helping whoever comes through the door, and closing down when the street gets quiet. It’s a basic life but it works for us. We've been here long enough that we've seen kids grow up and buy their first phones from us.
