At Anil Patakha Comapny, we have been based in Model Town I for a long time. Our shop is at G-8, and it’s a place that most people in the neighborhood have walked past at least once. Dealing with crackers and fireworks means we have to be very careful with how we store things inside. The space at G-8 is packed with boxes, especially when the festival season starts getting close. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure everything is dry and safe. Model Town is a nice area, though parking near our spot can be a bit of a headache during the day. We are just regular people running a business that has its peaks and slow times. You will usually find one of us sitting near the front desk, probably drinking tea and looking over the inventory lists. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the orders and talking to the customers who come in looking for something specific for their celebrations. The shop floor is often covered with cardboard scraps from the packaging. We keep the lights a bit dim to keep the temperature down inside, which makes the whole place feel a bit like a warehouse. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way because it makes it easier to keep track of every single box we have in the building.
