Anand Mobile Care

Anand Mobile Care is tucked away in the Jyoti Shikhar Building in Janakpuri, specifically at Office No UG 6. The building is one of those places that has a lot of little offices and shops all crammed together. Our space is on the upper ground floor, so you don't have to go too far up. It is a small room, mostly taken up by a long counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We have a lot of old phone boxes stacked in the corners and the walls are covered with posters of different mobile brands that have faded a bit over time. The main thing we do here is repair work. Whether it is a battery that won't charge or a software glitch that makes the phone freeze, we take it apart and try to find the problem. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea because the days can get long, especially when a repair takes longer than we thought it would. The lighting isn't the best in the hallways of the building, but we have good lamps on our desks. People from the nearby offices often drop their phones off during their lunch break. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. It is a quiet kind of work, focusing on the small details and making sure things work again.
