You can find Anand Communications at 1 B-5 on Hanuman Mandir Road in Gulabi Bagh. We are right there near the temple, so it's a very easy landmark for everyone. Our shop is where people come for their mobile recharges, new connections, and basic phone repairs. It’s a small place, but we have managed to fit in everything we need. We've been serving this neighborhood for quite a long time. People usually stop by on their way to the temple or while they are out for a walk. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a corporate manual. We just talk to our customers like we talk to our neighbors. Sometimes we have a backlog of phones to fix, especially after a rainy day when people drop their devices. We tell them it might take a day or two. We don't make big promises we can't keep. The shop is mostly run by me and a helper. We keep it open throughout the week, though Sunday afternoons are usually a bit quieter. It’s a simple way to earn a living, and we enjoy being part of the Gulabi Bagh community. There’s nothing very special about the shop, but it serves the purpose for the local people here. We just try to keep things moving and help whoever walks in with a broken screen.
