Anam Communication

Anam Communication is located at number 11 in Zakir Nagar, specifically on street 39. It is a very narrow lane, so if you are coming by car, you’re going to have a hard time parking. It’s better to just walk. The shop is small, maybe just enough for two or three people to stand inside at once. We’ve been here in Zakir Nagar for a long time now. We handle mobile repairs, sell second-hand handsets, and do all the usual recharge stuff. It’s a lively area, always the smell of food from the nearby stalls and people rushing to the mosque or the market. Our walls are covered with posters for data plans that are probably expired, but we haven't gotten around to taking them down. We work long hours, usually from morning until late at night, because that’s when the neighborhood is most active. There’s a lot of trust involved in what we do. People leave their expensive phones with us and know they’ll get them back fixed. We don't have a website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how we’ve stayed open all these years. It’s a simple business. We fix what’s broken, sell what’s needed, and try to keep the customers happy so they come back next time they drop their phone in water. It’s just life in Zakir Nagar.
