Amrit Tent & Caterers

We’ve been operating out of Subhash Nagar for quite some time now. Our place is located at 6/127 on Street No 1-2. It’s mostly a residential area, so we know most of the families and shopkeepers around here by name. Amrit Tent & Caterers is a family-run kind of thing, nothing too fancy. Our storeroom is filled with big metal cooking pots, gas burners, and stacks of plates that we use for the functions. During the wedding season, Street No 1-2 gets pretty busy with our trucks coming and going at all hours. We don't have a big fancy office with glass doors, just a small space with a couple of chairs where we sit and talk to people about their plans. The smell of spices and woodsmoke often hangs around the place because we’re always prepping something. It’s a bit of a juggle keeping everything organized in the tight space we have at 6/127. We’ve grown up in Subhash Nagar, so we don't really need a map to find our way around these lanes. The neighbors are mostly used to us moving heavy crates around early in the morning. It’s not a polished corporate office, it’s just a working warehouse where we get things done. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the utensils and making sure the linens are folded right. It’s a lot of physical work and long nights during the busy months. We don't make big fancy promises, we just show up and do the work like we have for years.
