Amaltash Residents Welfare Association

We've been looking after things here at The Labumum Complex in Sushant Lok for a while now. Being part of the Amaltash Residents Welfare Association means we spend a lot of time talking about the small stuff that makes living in Block-A easier. It’s mostly about making sure the gates work and the gardeners show up on time. We live here too, so we see what’s going on every day. Our office is right in the sector 28 area of Gurgaon. Sometimes the meetings go on a bit long because everyone has an opinion on the parking or the lights in the park. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a group of us trying to keep the neighborhood decent. We deal with the local authorities when the roads need fixing or if there's a water issue in the block. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it's important for the families living here. Most of the work involves keeping track of the monthly dues and paying the staff who keep the place clean. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the garbage gets picked up and the kids have a safe place to play. It is a lot of coordination with the security guards and the trash collectors to make sure the whole place doesn't fall into a mess. If you're living in the complex, you probably know where to find us. We're usually around during the day.
