Alanas Communication

If you are looking for Alanas Communication, we are over at E 84C in Abdul Fazal Enclave I. It is a local shop that has been around for a bit. We mostly focus on the basic stuff that everyone needs for their mobile phones on a daily basis. That means recharges, new SIM cards, and a lot of small repairs. People bring in phones that won't turn on or have speakers that stopped working properly. We take a look and see what we can do to fix it. It is not always a quick fix, especially if we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from the main market. The shop is a simple space with a wooden counter and some display cases for the accessories we sell. We have a lot of different cases because people like to change the look of their phones often. It is just me and a helper most days. We talk to the neighbors and keep an eye on what is happening in the street while we work on the devices. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are and come by when they have a problem they can't solve themselves. Sometimes it is just someone needing help to set up their email or a new app. We don’t charge much for the small things. It is just a practical business for us.
