Airway Communication

You can find us over in Rajouri Garden, running Airway Communication. This area is always bustling with people shopping, so the shop stays quite active throughout the day. We deal with mobile phones and all the little things that go with them, like chargers and earphones. Most people come in because they need a new tempered glass or their phone just won't turn on. It’s a small space, but we try to keep it stocked with what people usually ask for when they are in a hurry. We have been in this part of West Delhi for a while now. It’s interesting to see how everyone is so glued to their screens these days. When a phone breaks, people get really stressed out, so we see a lot of that frustration. We do basic repairs and help people set up their new devices if they are having trouble with the settings or their email. The shop doesn't have any fancy decorations, just the wooden shelves and the repair desk in the corner where the light is better. Sometimes it gets crowded and people have to wait outside on the pavement for their turn. We talk to a lot of locals and some folks who are just passing through the market for the day. It’s a lot of talking and explaining how different data plans or phone features work. The days go by fast when there is a line of people waiting. We try to be straightforward about the costs and how long a fix will take. We just keep the shop open.
