Airtel Exclusive Outlet

We run this Airtel Exclusive Outlet over in Krishna Nagar at S-3/18. It’s a small shop where we handle all the usual phone stuff. Most of the day is spent listening to people talk about their signal problems or helping someone figure out why their data isn’t working. It can get a bit loud because we’re right on the street, and there’s always music playing from somewhere or cars honking. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait, but often they just stand around and talk. The lights in here are a bit too bright sometimes, but it helps us see the small numbers on the SIM cards. We aren't corporate people in suits; we’re just local guys who know a bit about how phones work. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can’t do much, so we just sit and wait for it to come back. We have a lot of posters on the walls that we probably should have changed months ago. It’s a busy little spot, and we stay here until late in the evening most days. People stop by just to ask for directions sometimes, and we tell them. It’s just a normal shop at S-3/18 where we do what we can to help people stay connected. There’s nothing very special about it, just daily work.
