Our little spot is located in Krishna Nagar, right in the Lal Quarter area which is always bustling with people shopping for clothes and food. We handle the phone stuff here. People come in when their internet stops working or they need a new connection. It gets pretty hectic in the evenings when everyone is out and about. The shop isn't much to look at, just a counter and some chairs for people to wait. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital recharges all day long. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to tell customers to wait a bit, which they don't always like. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but Lal Quarter stays just as busy as ever. It's a family-run kind of place even though the name on the board is a big company. We know the local shopkeepers around us and we usually get our tea from the stall at the corner. Working here means you hear a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it. We try to get things done as fast as we can so people can go back to their shopping. It’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the demand for mobile services in this crowded part of town. We stay open late most nights because that's when most people have time to visit. We are just a regular part of the market street.
