Agnihotri Telecom

Agnihotri Telecom is over in Nangloi, at Adhyapak Nagar 72. This is a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and narrow streets. We set up our telecom shop here to help people with their daily mobile needs. It’s a lot of work, honestly. We spend most of our time fixing broken buttons, swapping out old batteries, or helping someone figure out why their internet isn't working on their device. We aren't a big chain, just a local business run by people who live nearby. The shop is usually full of spare parts and tools because there is always something to be repaired. Adhyapak Nagar has its own rhythm, and we are right in the thick of it. Customers come in just to talk while we work on their phones. We don’t use any scripts or corporate language here. If a phone can’t be fixed, we just say it. If it’s an easy fix, we usually do it right there while the customer waits. We have a glass counter where we keep some of the newer accessories, but most of the real work happens on the messy desk in the back. It’s dusty and loud sometimes because of the street noise outside, but it’s our place. We’ve been at number 72 for a while now and most of the street knows us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is what it is, and we stay busy most days of the week.
