We are Aggarwal Caterers & Tents, and our office is located at 12-20-A on Arya Samaj Road in Karol Bagh. This is a very busy part of the city, and we have been here for many years serving the local community. We handle two main things: the food and the tents for various gatherings. Our kitchen area is usually buzzing with activity, especially when we have a big order for a wedding or a community lunch. We cook traditional dishes that people around here like, nothing too fancy, just good solid food. On the tent side, we have guys who go out to set up the structures and arrange the seating. Arya Samaj Road is always packed with traffic and people, so logistics can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We have to be careful with our timing so we don't get stuck and arrive late to a venue. Our space at 12-20-A is where we manage everything, talk to customers about their menus, and store some of the smaller equipment. It is a noisy, hectic environment most days, but that is just how business is in Karol Bagh. We aren't a big corporate catering firm, we are just local people who know how to cook for a crowd and put up a decent tent. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same work every day. It is hard work, standing over big pots for hours, but seeing the guests eat well is alright by us.
