Our office, Ad-Advantage Innovative Media Pvt.Ltd.., is located at K-54 on the 2nd floor of the Old Double Storey buildings. This is in Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi-110024. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy and crowded it can get, especially during market hours. Climbing up to the 2nd floor of K-54 is part of our daily routine since the building is one of those older structures without a lift. It’s a very functional space. We have several rooms that are mostly filled with equipment, desks, and stacks of media files. The windows look out onto the street, so there is always plenty of noise and activity to keep things interesting. We’ve been in Lajpat Nagar-IV for quite some time, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the area. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. The walls have some wear and tear, and the furniture is mostly just chosen for being sturdy. We don't have a formal reception area, so when people come in, they usually just walk right into the middle of whatever we’re working on. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We grab our tea from the vendors nearby and just keep pushing through our tasks. The parking around here is almost impossible, but we’ve learned to deal with the local quirks of the neighborhood over the years. (251 words)
