Ablesh Tent House

Ablesh Tent House is right here in Nehru Market, C-19/9, Trilokpuri. We’ve been serving the Kalyan Puri area for quite some time now. Our work is mostly outdoors, setting up for various local events and gatherings. We have a lot of heavy canvas, bamboo poles, and plastic chairs stored at our place. It’s a lot of lifting and loading into the rickshaws or small trucks. You’ll often find us sorting through piles of linens or checking if the tent poles are still straight. When there’s a local festival or a family function, we’re usually the ones busy in the background, making sure there’s enough shade or seating for everyone. It’s not a glamorous job. We get sweaty and tired, especially during the peak season when everyone wants to host something at the same time. The shop at C-19/9 is mostly for storage and taking down bookings in our old notebook. We don't have a fancy computer system to track everything. We just remember who needs what and when. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific color of curtain that a customer asked for, which can take a while in the storage room. We’re just local people helping other local people with their events. It’s a practical business that keeps us moving. If you walk through Nehru Market, you’ll likely see our stuff stacked up ready for the next job.
