Aanshi Telecom

Aanshi Telecom is located in the Govind Puri area of Kalkaji. It’s a very crowded part of the city and our shop sits right in the middle of all the noise. Recharges and mobile repairs are what we deal with mostly. The shop is just a small room with some old glass counters. A few basic phones and a lot of accessories like earphones and cables hang on the walls. It’s a bit of a tight fit when more than a couple of customers are inside at once. Most of the day is spent sitting behind the counter or working on a phone that needs fixing. The street outside stays full of people and vehicles from morning to night. We don't have a big team, just a local operation with a couple of people. Many of the residents in Govind Puri are regulars since they come in for their monthly recharges and little repairs. No fancy marketing is done here. The shop just has its name on a simple board. Sometimes the internet connection is slow and we have to wait to finish a recharge. That's just how things go some days. Doors stay open until late so people can stop by after their work is finished. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting sometimes, but other times the shop is very busy. Getting the work done and keeping things simple for the neighborhood is the main goal. People have known where to find us for a long time now.
