A P N Telecom is situated at number 150 in the Paharganj Industrial Area. It’s not the most fancy neighborhood, and it can be a little hard to find us if you don't know the streets around here. We’ve been operating out of this location for quite a while. Because we are in an industrial area, we get a lot of phones that have really been through it. They come in covered in grease or with screens that are completely smashed. We spend most of our time cleaning out dirt and trying to make things work again. The shop is very basic, just some shelves and a good solid table to work on. We don't have any bright lights or carpets on the floor, it’s just a practical workspace. Most of our customers work in the nearby factories and they just want a phone that works so they can stay in touch with their families. We try to keep our prices fair and we don't hide any costs. Sometimes getting parts out here takes an extra day or two, but we just tell the customers to be patient. My son helps me out during the busy hours after he gets out of school. It’s a family business through and through. We don't use big words or fancy flyers. We just fix phones and try to be helpful.
